Planning your October visit to Witch Pix

Mid-September through mid-November in Salem is enchanting, but very busy! Here's everything you need to know when visiting us during spooky season.

October Hours

Sunday to Thursday:  10am - 8pm

Friday & Saturday: 10am - 9pm*

*Hours may vary based on special events

How to make the most of your October session

  • We highly recommend booking an appointment, especially if your trip is planned for a weekend; walk-ins cannot always be accommodated.

  • For groups of 5 or more, an advanced appointment is required.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment start time. We recommend leaving extra time in between other activities/reservations, especially if they're farther away. If you are more than five minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your party. See information on parking and traffic below.

  • Sessions are between 45 and 90 minutes based on your package.

  • Please see to your bathroom needs before your session to ensure your full appointment time

Parking & Traffic

Salem is a small New England city; we are big on history, but small on space. Parking and traffic are beyond our control and will affect your ability to arrive in a timely manner without proper planning. During busy season, garages/lots fill quickly and local roads close. Once you park, the rest of your day will be spent on foot, but everything is walkable! See our list of resources below for helpful information.

Our appointment schedule ensures timeliness for you and us.  We will not oversell our schedule and we will hold your place.  Your reservation is guaranteed.  That said, on heavily booked and sold out days, we do not have extra space or flexibility to move or refund appointments without the notice required in our cancelation policy below.  Please plan ahead so there is no heartbreak.

Cancelation & Refunds

Most sessions are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Three days (72 hours) advance notice are required for the following: special events, private sessions, and weekend bookings in October.

Your payment is non-refundable if advance notification for cancelation is not provided.
You may cancel by phone or email within business hours. Please keep in mind that contact outside of business hours defaults to the following business day (i.e. if you send a late-night email, it will be processed the next morning).

You may request a schedule change by speaking to a staff member at the studio during business hours and within the notice period.
