THE OCTOBER EXPERIENCE

October is by far our busiest time of year, so here are some must-knows and advice for visiting us during spooky season!

BOOK NOW FOR OCTOBER

We highly recommend booking an appointment, especially if your trip is planned for a weekend! Walk-Ins cannot always be accommodated.
For groups of 5+ an advanced appointment is required to make sure enough staff is present, and costume inventory is properly prepared.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment start time. Due to how busy we are if you are beyond 5 minutes late sadly, we may not be able to accommodate your party.
You will be in the studio for 45 minutes total: approx. 15 minutes dressing, 15 on set, and 15 viewing your photos.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR BOOKING/YOUR APPOINTMENT

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

(Re-Scheduling/time Changes apply)
Most transactions are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Three days (72 hours) advance notice are required for the following: Special Events, Private sessions, Weekend bookings in October.

Your payment is non-refundable if advance notification for cancellation is not provided.

You may cancel by phone or email message. An email outside our business hours is not considered notice until business hours (like reopening in the morning, with a late-night email).

You may process a schedule change by speaking to a staff member at the studio during business hours and within the notice period.

For example, a booking for Saturday April 16, 2022 at 2:30pm would become non-refundable on April 15th at 2:29p EST. For example, a booking for Saturday October 30, 2021 at 2:30pm

GETTING TO THE STUDIO & PARKING RESOURCES

Parking & Traffic are beyond our control and will effect you ability to arrive timely with out proper planning. PARKING & TRAFFIC are INTENSE...Plan Ahead, pad your schedule a lot !!!

We live and work in a small New England city. We are big on history and witches but small on space. Most businesses do not have parking lots in front of their business, such as Witch Pix. You need to find a parking lot/garage or street parallel parking and spend your day roaming the streets by foot.

Our appointment schedule ensures timeliness for you and us. We will not oversell our schedule (like airlines). We will hold your place. Your reservation is GUARANTEED. That said, on heavily booked and sold out days, we do not have extra space or flexibility to move or refund appointments without the notice required in our cancellation policy (see below for cancellation policy details). Please plan ahead so there is no heartbreak.
